Your information, explained.
Here is what Creator Club saves and how it supports your application, activity, and rewards.
When you apply
The app saves your adult contact details, chosen school, connection to Victory, social profile details you provide, and application answers. A parent or guardian must complete applications for students under 18. The application does not ask for a child’s contact details.
When you participate
Your account holds your offer and acceptance records, submitted post links and files, review results, referral activity, token history, reward requests, and meetup interest. Authorized program staff can review these records to operate the program. Original files are protected by account ownership and staff access checks.
Only submit content you have permission to share, including permission for anyone shown in a photograph or video.
Sign-in, storage, and messages
ChatGPT sign-in supplies your account identity. The hosted app uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare storage to keep program records and uploaded files. Account notifications may be sent through the program’s configured email service. Email delivery records help staff identify messages that fail to arrive.
Application drafts stay in this browser tab during sign-in. Interactive preview activity is stored in your browser and uses sample records. Preview activity does not earn real rewards.
Referrals
A personal invitation can show the referring creator’s first name. A family submitting an enquiry provides adult contact details and a preferred school. Staff uses those details to review the enquiry and attribute an eligible referral. An enquiry does not book a class or confirm a payment.
Questions or corrections
Contact your participating school for help with your account, a correction, or a request concerning your records. Please do not include children’s private information in a support message.
